Independent service

FastLane Ticketing is an independent ticketing-assistance service. We are not an event organiser, artist representative or official ticketing platform.

Service scope

The exact event, service scope, timing, delivery method and applicable conditions are confirmed before payment. Services may include event-specific sale-day access information and bypass-link services where available.

Pricing and currency

Prices are quoted and charged according to the event market: MYR for events in Malaysia, SGD for events in Singapore and THB for events in Thailand. The final price and currency are confirmed before payment.

No ticket guarantee

FastLane Ticketing does not sell or guarantee ticket inventory. Our service does not guarantee ticket availability, seat availability or successful ticket purchase.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact information, review the stated service before payment and check the agreed communication channel before the applicable sale period.

Changes outside our control

Service availability or timing may change because of organiser announcements, ticketing-platform changes or revised sale schedules outside our control.

Agreement

By completing payment, the customer confirms that the event, service description, delivery timing, price, currency and applicable policies have been reviewed and accepted.
